It’s not about doing the most—
When we slow down and actually enjoy what we’re eating, we reconnect with what really feeds us,

and out.

The People Have Decided 〰️
Jenna is an exceptional person to work with. I have had the pleasure of hiring her for my women’s retreats for consecutive years in a row. She is creative, dependable, and an excellent chef, along with her presentation and ability to hold space in a way that is engaging fun and gets the tasks done. The food served is a big aspect of the quality and what people remember, and Jenna’s service is just that, memorable.
I highly recommend her for events, retreats, and workshops.
- Simone Farschi, Founder of The Pleasure Plus, Somatic Sexologist Channing Lee
“Jenna brought so much more than just food to our weekend event—she brought the zest that grounded and expanded the group. Every meal was delicious and nourishing. She moved through the space with such grace, tuning into our needs without ever needing to ask. She provided energy that was both decadent and deeply connective all at once. We can’t imagine doing another retreat without her.”
— Jessica B., retreat host
“Jenna’s meals were a highlight of the retreat—each dish felt like it was made just for us. You could taste the care, the intention, the wild beauty of the ingredients. I’ve never felt so nourished, not just in my body but in my spirit.”
— Alyssa K., retreat guest

About Me
It all began in my mom’s kitchen — a place of connection, joy, family, and the ultimate stop to refuel for the next adventure. Even as a child, I noticed how much of our food came wrapped in plastic, filled with ingredients I couldn’t pronounce. That curiosity became a calling: to return food to its roots.
I’m on a mission to decolonize the plate — by offering deeply nourishing meals and educational experiences for those on the journey of coming back home to themselves and the Earth.
In my early 20s, I studied Environmental Science and Geology at UNC Chapel Hill, where my relationship with the Earth deepened. In 2019, I followed that connection west to Northern California — the land of redwoods, wild rivers, and the world’s best co-ops — working as a forester and living close to the land. I spent years studying permaculture, developing herbal gardens, working with Traditional Chinese Medicine and connecting to the regenerative nature of food, a long forgotten wisdom. From that grounding, my path naturally evolved into nourishing wellness retreat groups, and seekers of food that honor the Earth’s cycles and regenerative wisdom.
Through every dish I create, I aim to nourish not just the body — but also the spirit and the senses in remembrance that what we consume is what we become.
